Sega seems to be pretty good sports about the dumb sonic running animations from the past few years. That shit is pretty nightmare inducing though.

You really shouldn’t be able to trademark individual words that exist in the dictionary.

I’m really disappointed in the US Trademark System. The fact that King was able to trademark “Candy” without a hitch is severely disappointing. Are they going to sue Nestle next? Haribo? Is no one safe?!
